Aligned ZnO 2D Nanoarrays
   
          Uniform vertically aligned ZnO nanorods grown on sapphire, nitrides, silicon and other elastic polymer substrates. Each rod is 100nm in width and 1,000-4,000nm in length. They are ideal building blocks for nanogenerator and nanosensors.
